Fiery Garlic & Goat Cheese with Texas Toast
A classic appetizer with a spicy twist
- 1 jar (14 ounces) RAGÚ® x Hot Ones™ Fiery Garlic Sauce
- 4 ounces crumbled goat cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 slices frozen garlic Texas toast
- Preheat oven to broil. Spoon sauce into 1-quart baking dish; top with cheese. Drizzle with oil.
- Broil 5-7 minutes, or until cheese is softened and sauce begins to bubble. Meanwhile, toast bread as directed on package until golden brown. Dip into warm sauce.

Spicy Garlic Meatballs
Simple but loaded with flavor, these meatballs are an easy crowdpleaser with a kick
- 1 jar (14 ounces) RAGÚ® x Hot Ones™ Fiery Garlic Sauce
- 1 lb. frozen meatballs, thawed
- Combine ingredients in large microwaveable bowl.
- Microwave on HIGH 4-6 minutes, or until heated through (165°F), stirring halfway.

En Fuego Chile Beef Birria Tacos
Tender and delicious, these tacos bring the heat and are a snap to make
- 3 pounds beef chuck roast, cut into 4 pieces
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 jar (14 ounces) RAGÚ® x Hot Ones™ Chipotle Blaze Sauce
- 18 corn tortillas (6-inch)
- 1 cup shredded Chihuahua cheese
Optional for Garnish
- Chopped white onion, chopped cilantro, lime wedges
- Place meat into pressure cooker insert; season with salt and pepper. Top with onions and 1 cup RAGÚ x Hot Ones Chipotle Blaze Sauce. Close and lock lid. Pressure Cook on High for 45 minutes. Let pressure release naturally.
- Unlock lid and remove beef from pot, reserving juices. Shred meat; combine with reserved RAGÚ x Hot Ones Chipotle Blaze Sauce.
- Pour 1 cup cooking liquid into medium bowl. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet on medium heat. Dip two tortillas briefly into cooking liquid then place in skillet. Toast briefly before filling each with scant 1 tablespoon cheese and ¼ cup shredded beef mixture. Fold taco in half and press gently with spatula. Turn occasionally until browned and crispy on both sides. Repeat with remaining tortillas, cheese and beef, adding oil as needed.
- Serve tacos with warm cooking liquid for dipping, along with onion, cilantro and lime wedges.

Icy & Spicy Michelada Mocktail
A refreshing Mexican beverage for when you want to bring some extra spice to your brunch
- 1/2 lime
- Chile-lime seasoning
- 1/3 cup RAGÚ® x Hot Ones™ Chipotle Blaze Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup chilled sparkling water
- Wet the rim of a glass with lime, then roll in a shallow dish of chile-lime seasoning until coated.
- Add remaining ingredients; top with ice. Squeeze lime into glass and stir gently.

Inferno Pizza Poppers
A perfect game day finger food – just be careful around your eyes after eating them
- 2 jalapeño peppers, halved, seeded
- 1/4 cup cream cheese spread
- 2 tablespoons RAGÚ® x Hot Ones™ Chile Inferno Sauce
- 8 slices pepperoni, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine cream cheese, RAGÚ x Hot Ones Chile Inferno Sauce and pepperoni in medium bowl until well mixed. Fill pepper halves evenly with cheese mixture. Top with cheese.
- Arrange stuffed peppers on baking sheet and bake 18-20 minutes or until tops are deep golden brown. Serve with additional RAGÚ x Hot Ones Chile Inferno Sauce.
- For faster cooking air fry 8-10 minutes at 350°F.

Spicy Smash Burger with Inferno Sauce
Add a little sauce or a lot for one of the spiciest burgers you’ll ever eat
Inferno Sauce:
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 tablespoon RAGÚ® x Hot Ones™ Chile Inferno Sauce
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped pickled jalapeño slices
Burgers:
- 1 pound ground beef (80% lean)
- 4 slices pepper jack or American cheese (optional)
- 4 brioche hamburger buns, toasted
- 4 teaspoons RAGÚ x Hot Ones Chile Inferno Sauce
- Additional pickled jalapeño slices
For Inferno Sauce:
- Combine ingredients in medium bowl.
For Burgers:
- Shape meat into 4 balls. Heat large cast iron pan on high heat 2 min. Place 2 meatballs in hot pan; smash down firmly with metal spatula. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook 1-2 min. or until deeply browned. Flip patties; top with 1 cheese slice. Cook 1 min. or until bottoms are crisp. Repeat with remaining meatballs.
- Fill buns with Inferno Sauce, burgers, RAGÚ x Hot Ones Chile Inferno Sauce and jalapeños.
